简介:刘恩超,男,讲师,中国海洋大学博士,硕士生导师,立博专任教师;中国营养学会会员。2017年毕业于北京林业老员工物科学与技术学院;2019年毕业于武汉轻工大学食品学院;2023年毕业于中国海洋大学食品学院。 研究方向:长期从事功能脂类/药物纳米技术的稳态化机制以及膳食功效因子抗炎机制的研究工作。 代表性研究成果: 1.已参与完成科研项目4项,其中国家自然科学基金重点研发项目子课题3项,湖北省创新计划项目1项。 2.目前共主持校级科研项目1项,经费30万元,执行期2024年01月至2026年12月。目前已发表论文12篇,其中SCI收录论文10篇(部分论文如下)。 [1]Enchao Liu, Zhiwei Su, Chen Yang, Yuan Ji, Bingjie Liu*, Xianghong Meng*.
